Secrets of Charlottetown Tour
How long is the Secrets of Charlottetown tour?
It runs about an hour long, and it's an easy walk along flat surfaces.

Can I just show up on the day-of, or do I need to book and pay in advance?
Walk-ups are welcome but booking and paying in advance are recommended, as space is limited.

How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 5 minutes before the designated tour time, as if you are paying in cash, payment transaction would need to occur before the prompt tour start time of either 11 a.m. or 2 p.m.

Do I need an umbrella?
You might want to bring one, since the tour runs rain or shine! Also, comfortable walking shoes are recommended, as is clothing appropriate for the weather.

Is parking available nearby?
If you don't find a spot on the street, you can park in the Queen St. Parkade, across from City Hall, a few blocks up from the tour's starting location at Queen & Water St. by the MerchantMan restaurant.
Will I get a restroom break?
Yes. An opportunity for a restroom break is provided about half-way through the tour.

Can I bring my kids?
Although all ages are welcome & this is a family-friendly tour company, please be sure to know if your child will enjoy the experience prior to booking. as sometimes young children may become easily disengaged.

Can I bring my dog?
Your dog is welcome, so long as your dog is leashed & obedient, and you're certain he or she will not interact with those uncomfortable with dogs.

What languages are the tours given in?
Tours are given in the English language.

Is the tour wheelchair & stroller accessible?
Although we like to try to cater to your wheelchair and stroller needs, it takes time to coordinate due to the geographic limitations of the area. With notice, sometimes your needs can be accommodated.

Can I take audio or video of the tour?
Sorry, but no sound or video recordings are allowed - no sound or videos are to be made before, during or after the tour.

How long is the Spooky Charlottetown tour?
It runs about an hour long, and it's an easy walk along flat surfaces.

Are the stories really scary?
The tales range from spooky to eerie, but are never violent, grotesque or disturbing. So you won't have nightmares after you hear them!
