UPON BOOKING:  You & all members of your party, hold Secrets of Charlottetown Walking Tours harmless for any and all incidents that may occur on the tour, including but not limited to tripping, falling, loss of money or other personal items or bodily injury or mishap.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: 24 hours prior to date of booking, notice by phone or in writing is required to cancel a booking and receive a full refund.  No-shows will not receive a refund.

No-Show Policy: No-shows will not receive a refund.

Late Arrivals: Tours run on time. All tour guests are expected to be at the tour meeting point by the tour departure time. If tour guest(s) expect to be late/are running late, notification of tour guide by phone or text prior to tour start time is required. The tour will delay departure by five minutes ONLY if tour guest(s) have notified tour guide prior to original tour start time.

In accordance with General Data Privacy Regulations, any contact information you provide Secrets of Charlottetown Walking Tours will not be used for email marketing purposes and you will not be sent any promotional and/or marketing materials. Your information will be kept safe and Secrets of Charlottetown Walking Tours values & respects your information privacy.

 

By using any Services (by booking a tour or sending an email query) and providing Secrets of Charlottetown Walking Tours with your name, e-mail address or any other contact information (such as your phone number), you expressly agree to receive e-mail messages or phone calls from Secrets of Charlottetown Walking Tours through such means, only in regards to said query or booking.

Accordingly, Secrets of Charlottetown Walking Tours shall be entitled to call you or send you e-mail messages by e-mail or phone calls and similar forms of communication, only in regard to answering your queries and/or processing your booking.
