UPON BOOKING:  You & all members of your party, hold Secrets of Charlottetown Walking Tours harmless for any and all incidents that may occur on the tour, including but not limited to tripping, falling, loss of money or other personal items or bodily injury or mishap.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: 24 hours prior to date of booking, notice by phone or in writing is required to cancel a booking and receive a full refund.  No-shows will not receive a refund.
